Job Description
AUMTREND PH INC is currently seeking an Offshore HR Shared Services Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding various HR inquiries. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting initiatives to enhance the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time, with a salary of up to Php 35,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance. The position is located in Taguig.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and possess at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
