Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate? We are currently hiring for the position of Property Specialist to join our team.
As a Property Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of properties
- Marketing and promoting properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating deals
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and property regulations
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Previous experience in property sales or rentals is preferred but not required.
