Job Description
Onity Group Inc. is currently looking for a committed Customer Care Coordinator to address loan-related customer inquiries, specifically pertaining to pre-foreclosure and delinquent accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging borrower interactions into the loan servicing system and providing effective long-term solutions. Proficiency in using an autodialing system is essential to achieve daily contact targets.
Applicants must possess outstanding customer service abilities, be fluent in English, and preferably hold a graduate degree or have at least six months of call center experience. Available positions are located at the MOA Complex in Pasay City or can be performed remotely, requiring a minimum internet speed of 100 MBPS.
