Job Description
Our office is located at Cruzville Subdivision, Zabarte Road, Novaliches. Our work schedule is Mondays to Saturdays, 8AM – 5PM (with Saturdays on a WFH arrangement upon discussion with the manager).
Do you thrive in the fast lane, mastering complex documents and crushing deadlines? We need a Bidding Staff/Coordinator to join our high-energy team
- Craft winning bids from scratch – technical docs, financials, and the rest
- Own the bidding process from start to end.
- Charm clients & suppliers – negotiate deals and build lasting partnerships.
- Keep the team informed – reports, presentations, you’re the data whisperer.
- Stay sharp & organized – permits, licenses, deadlines, you’re the master of details.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the President.
What you bring to the table:
- Prior experience in bidding and handling a lot of paperwork
- Excellence and attention to detail in contract & proposal writing
- Tech-savviness and mindset in continuous improvement of process/efficiency/accuracy.
- Knowledge in Business/Engineering a plus.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
