Job Description
We are seeking an detail-oriented Expense Audit Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include auditing employee expense claims for policy compliance, sending email reminders for outstanding credit card expenditures over 60 days, and addressing inquiries related to Concur. The ideal candidate will propose process improvements, ensure documentation is current in the Instruction Manual, and facilitate efficient operations while escalating issues as necessary. Additional tasks may be assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading), and advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
