Job Description
We invite you to join Shopee’s Operations team in Manila as a Recovery Shift In Charge. In this role, you will oversee the complete Return to Shipper/Seller process, ensuring the prompt dispatch of RTS parcels while collaborating closely with various operational teams. Your background in warehousing, e-commerce, or logistics, along with your attention to detail, will be crucial in assessing manpower requirements and leading the RTS/Claims team effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Management Engineering, or a related field is necessary, along with 5-8 years of applicable experience. Strong communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications, are essential. The position requires a willingness to be stationed in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
