Job Description
CXC Philippines is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to enhance our team. This crucial role focuses on preserving accurate and organized customer account data, thereby supporting data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merge, clean, and manage account data using CRM tools.
- Upload validated data via Salesforce Data Loader.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate on updates related to data initiatives.
- Analyze discrepancies and enhance data quality.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 2 years in Data Stewardship or CRM Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is mandatory.
