Job Description
Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and negotiating commercial leases. This role requires preparing permitting applications and engaging with local governments. Additionally, you will negotiate with lot owners to secure lease documents and troubleshoot any on-site challenges that arise. You will also monitor the progress of Site Acquisition and Permitting, ensuring that all plans are both achievable and practical.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. The position mandates 5-10+ years of acquisition experience in real estate, with knowledge of End-to-End Site Acquisition and Permitting. Familiarity with ownership documents is essential, and experience in the Telecom or Construction sectors is preferred.
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Starting at Php65,00 per month.
