Job Description
Marivent Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is actively seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Collections Specialist to enhance our finance team. This crucial position involves the preparation of invoices, monitoring receivables, and ensuring the timely collection of payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and oversee client invoices.
- Track accounts receivable and manage outstanding payments.
- Communicate promptly with clients regarding any billing discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling financial records and preparing comprehensive financial reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
