Job Description
We are actively seeking a courteous and organized Receptionist to become a vital part of our condominium team. In this front desk role, you will be the initial point of contact, providing outstanding customer service while facilitating seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism.
- Efficiently manage calls, inquiries, and resident requests.
- Uphold security protocols and maintain an organized reception area.
- Oversee mail and parcel distribution.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma; a degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
