Job Description
Comrise is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients by addressing inquiries, resolving billing issues, and collecting self-pay balances via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient calls related to billing and payment inquiries.
- Process credit card payments and maintain account balances.
- Utilize systems such as GE Centricity and Epic.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient data.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare billing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work night shifts.
