Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our Mandarin-speaking customers.

Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls and emails, addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing product information and assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
