Job Description
Alorica is actively looking for a committed Learning Delivery Specialist to enhance our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting Language Skills Support Training, Accent Neutralization Training, and developing various language training programs. This role will also involve creating, refining, and facilitating ongoing development courses to provide continuous support for our employees.
Qualifications: Applicants must have completed a minimum of one year of college education and demonstrate exceptional English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required. While experience in ESL or English teaching is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
