Job Description
A Clinic Nurse I is responsible for providing medical assistance and support in a healthcare facility. The primary duties include assisting healthcare professionals in patient care, administering medications, handling medical equipment, maintaining medical records, and ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.
The Clinic Nurse I should have strong communication and organizational skills, as they will be required to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. They must have a solid understanding of medical terminology and be able to accurately record patient information. The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess a valid nursing license and have completed a nursing program. Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting is preferred. Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols, as well as proficiency in using medical equipment, is also desired.
