Job Description
Join Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as a Regulatory Reports Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of regulatory reports and compliance metrics. Your support will be crucial in calculating the premiums payable to the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) and in compiling monthly financial statements in the required Financial Reporting Package (FRP) format.
Your responsibilities will also encompass the preparation of essential reports for BSP and PDIC examiners, conducting reconciliations of Regulatory Financial Statements, and improving existing systems to enhance report automation. Additional tasks may be assigned by management as required.
