Job Description
SGS – Sapient Careers is currently seeking Call Center Agents for our Metro Manila locations. Enjoy a competitive salary of up to Php 28,00 monthly, along with a Php 30,00 sign-on bonus! No prior BPO experience is required.
As a Chat and Email Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and efficiently resolving customer concerns.
- Escalating complex issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Retaining customers by offering alternative solutions.
- Adhering to customer privacy policies.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Php 28,00/month
