Job Description
Raffles and Fairmont Makati, distinguished for their exceptional hospitality in the heart of Manila, are inviting applications for the position of Reservations Agent at ACCOR. In this role, you will handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room availability and rates, process bookings, and maintain accurate records.
We are looking for candidates with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera software are essential for this position.
