Job Description
Home Credit is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Operator to contribute to our expanding team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing multichannel communication processes through phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media interactions, all aimed at providing an outstanding customer experience. You will engage in front-facing duties and offer effective solutions to customer concerns, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, has completed at least high school or Grade 10, and is motivated to achieve sales targets for Home Credit products.
