Job Description
Metacom Solutions, Inc. is actively looking for enthusiastic and skilled Chat Support Associates to become a vital part of our Gaming Ticketing Account team. In this role, you will provide real-time chat assistance to gamers experiencing ticketing issues related to event access, payment inquiries, and account troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in live chat interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Help users with ticket purchases and resolve technical difficulties.
- Document user interactions and collaborate with various teams to address inquiries effectively.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Php 19,00.00/month
