Job Description
Triplex Enterprises Inc., one of the largest paper converters in the Philippines, is in search of a committed Administrative Secretary to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and organizing employee and partner information.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with report completion, maintaining efficient filing systems, managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, documenting expenses, and occasionally fulfilling receptionist duties.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, outstanding communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
