Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Representative II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and smooth operation of their systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems reported by clients
- Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Perform system maintenance and updates as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
