Job Description
The Logistics Specialist (3rd Party Logistics) will manage relationships with third-party logistics providers by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), monitoring contract obligations, and addressing any arising issues. This role is essential in guaranteeing that service delivery aligns with contractual terms while fostering continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing KPI data.
- Maintaining performance dashboards.
- Monitoring third-party compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participating in quarterly business reviews.
- Preparing procurement requisitions based on budget constraints.
Qualified candidates should possess a degree in Management or Engineering, a minimum of one year of warehouse operations experience, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
This position requires fieldwork in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
