Job Description
Join Nestlé as a Field Sales Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales objectives within the Batangas territory. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance distributor sales operations, ensuring peak performance through effective merchandising strategies.
Location: Batangas, South Luzon
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide distributor sales teams in developing comprehensive annual business plans.
- Ensure the execution of high-quality sales standards through detailed operational reviews.
- Support distributor customer management initiatives to foster profitable growth.
- Deliver insights on Category and Channel Plans to optimize sales strategies.
- Improve distributor sales operations through targeted training and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing distributor partnerships.
- Preferably, prior experience in the FMCG industry within South Luzon.
