GlobalQuest is actively seeking dedicated Contact Centre Executives to elevate our customer service experience. The ideal candidates will effectively engage with customers, address their inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to various customer needs and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information during each interaction.
- Maintain a professional service image at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Contact Centre.
- Prior experience in Medical Insurance is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
