Job Description
Position Purpose: The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of CX Analysts in ensuring high-quality transaction standards. This includes call monitoring and auditing to meet quality metrics in collaboration with the Operations team.
Essential Functions: Key responsibilities encompass selecting, training, and assessing team members, maintaining quality standards, resolving escalated customer issues, and preparing detailed reports. In this role, you will also focus on driving team performance metrics and fostering strong relationships with the Operations Team.
Requirements: Candidates should have completed a minimum of 2 years of college education, possess at least 2 years of relevant BPO experience, and be willing to work night shifts in Quezon City.
