GlobalQuest is looking for a dedicated Customer Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage calls from medical providers and clients, ensuring the accurate delivery of information and processing hospitalization approvals.
Key responsibilities include monitoring patient admissions, facilitating discharges, and coordinating activities with hospitals. Candidates should possess a background in medical studies or at least one year of medical-related experience. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
