Job Description
Xentro Malls is actively searching for a skilled and experienced Mall Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations/Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring profitability, enforcing company policies, and fostering positive relationships with tenants and suppliers. Exceptional communication skills, negotiation expertise, and a meticulous attention to detail are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude and high integrity. Availability to work six days a week, including holidays, is required.
