Job Description
Filinvest is looking for a committed HR Assistant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will address employee inquiries and assist with government benefits, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the organization of self-development initiatives, including wellness programs and seminars.
Responsibilities:
- Address and assist with employee requests and government benefits.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of employee needs.
- Organize self-development events, such as wellness programs and seminars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a related role.
- Strong coordination and implementation abilities.
