Job Description
Isuzu Phil is looking for an Employee Engagement & Communications Specialist to enhance our workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing culture-building programs, gathering employee feedback, and overseeing the development of our employee newsletter. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Labor Management Council on pertinent issues.
Candidates must possess a degree in Psychology or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience (manufacturing background is a plus). Exceptional communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
