Job Description
Job Summary:
The Client Visit Enablement Analyst plays a vital role in providing logistical support for client visits, ensuring the effective coordination of venues, transportation, catering, materials, and technical resources.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of logistics within the Workplan.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Secure appropriate venues in alignment with the visit agenda.
- Oversee the management of visitor badges, meal arrangements, and guest transportation logistics.
- Gather feedback from visitors and track associated expenses.
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Skills: 1–2 years of experience in client visit management or logistics coordination is essential.
