Job Description
Eclerx is in search of a proactive Associate HR Business Partner to join our Process Management team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions that are in line with the company’s objectives. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing talent management initiatives, and facilitating performance management processes. Additionally, you will support organizational change efforts and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 3 years of HR Business Partner experience, and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
