Job Description
Accenture is on the lookout for a skilled Communications Analyst to elevate communication capabilities within our Operations team. This role will be pivotal in designing training programs, identifying performance gaps, and providing coaching to employees. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Delivery or Customer Service, with a strong emphasis on communication coaching. This position operates during the Night Shift, with weekends off, and is located at Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2.
