Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to oversee our Metro Manila Regional Business Unit, which encompasses more than 200 store team employees. In this vital role, you will focus on enhancing employee engagement and managing labor relations effectively.
Responsibilities: You will provide HR support, promote a positive workplace culture, supervise a team of two direct reports, and work collaboratively with leadership teams. After one year, you will transition to enhance Commissary operations in Sucat.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, 1-2 years of managerial experience in HR, and exceptional communication skills are required.
