Job Description
Astoria Culinary Expert Services is actively seeking a dedicated Chief Steward to oversee and train our stewardship team. The selected candidate will be accountable for daily attendance reporting, equipment maintenance monitoring, and ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld throughout all work areas.
This position includes supervising the storage and preparation of tableware, collaborating with the Food & Beverage departments, and enforcing hotel policies. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Immediate availability and flexibility to work across various Astoria properties are essential.
