Job Description
Vantage Financial Corporation (eBiz Western Union) is looking for a committed Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Western Union and eBiz transactions, acting as the primary point of contact for both our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Your duties will include facilitating transactions, addressing inquiries, directing calls, monitoring service quality, resolving complaints, and liaising with sub-agents.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
