Job Description
Looking for a career that exposes you to different industries and different processes? Join Malaya Tech’s implementation team and help customers with their digitalization journeys. Go through great training to learn best-practice processes, and equip yourself with knowledge of systems.
The Business Analyst is part of an implementation project team, who consults with clients, collaborating with them about their current and to-be requirements of their processes. The BA also guides them through the testing (UAT), creates the User Manual and trains end-users on how to navigate the system.
As a consulting position, it requires good communication skills when collaborating with the customer. As a technical position, this role requires understanding of the functionalities of the ERP software. This position is open to fresh graduates who have good learning habits and are adaptable in order to successfully undergo training. Roughly 75% of responsibilities are work from home.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
