Job Description
Responsible for providing end-to-end customer servicing to customers using different communication channels such as voice, email, or chat. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing queries on policy, billing, and payment
- Resolving and de-escalating complaints
- Processing account modifications and requests
- Gathering voice of customer feedback through surveys and calls
- Educating customers on self-service tools
- Escalating real-time issues that are out of the ordinary
