CYBER POWER SYSTEM MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative Manager to lead our sales team toward unprecedented success. We’re looking for a qualified candidate with a proven ability to exceed sales quotas and foster team development.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, including 2-3 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
