Job Description
Metacom BPO is currently looking for a Professional Premium Telco Account Manager to join our esteemed team. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized consulting services, IT-enabled support, and business process outsourcing that aligns with our clients’ specific requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to mobile services, broadband, and billing issues. Candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, particularly within a TELCO account environment.
This full-time position is located in Quezon City, Philippines, and operates from Monday to Friday.
