Job Description
GLL Marketing Corporation is currently looking for an Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Processes and reviews payroll and accounting records to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, government contributions, taxes, and last pay.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records of manpower movements.
- Audits sales and expenses reports.
- Collects new hire requirements.
- Coordinates with manpower agency.
- Supports in BIR reports and transactions.
- Counterchecks deposit transactions.
- Performs documentation tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm (Onsite work)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
