Svenbjorn is looking for a committed Airbnb Property Officer to manage the daily operations of our properties. In this role, you will handle tenant relations, address maintenance requests, ensure property safety and compliance, and conduct regular inspections. Your responsibilities will also include preparing budgets and managing financial records to maintain property profitability.

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in property management.
• Proficient in vendor coordination and maintenance handling.
• In-depth knowledge of property safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
