Job Description
Isentia is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Executive to join our Southeast Asia Customer Success team. This position reports directly to the Customer Success Manager (SEA) and focuses on enhancing the experience of Isentia and Pulsar customers by optimizing their platform and service usage.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve queries, configure platforms, provide training, and support pre-sales initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in various software tools
- Experience in the ISP sector is a plus
