Job Description
The Peninsula Manila, a prestigious member of The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited, is looking for a dedicated Reservations Agent to enhance our Room Reservation operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining precise reservation records, effectively communicating with guests, and working closely with various hotel departments to elevate the guest experience.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Room Reservations.
- Familiarity with PMS / Shiji systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in hotel management.
