We are currently looking for a highly motivated P2P Annotation Tool Administrator Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing feedback and recommending improvements to our Robotics Team regarding the Annotation Tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute activities as outlined in the SLAs/OLAs for Procure-to-Pay (PTP).
- Annotate Purchase Order (PO) and Non-Purchase Order (NPO) invoices while indexing invoice data.
- Assist in the integration of new vendors into the Annotation Tool.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of annotations.
- Prepare data for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and analysis.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
