Job Description
RealPage, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Vendor Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position entails responding to inbound inquiries from property management professionals, vendors, and insurance agents concerning RealPage software products.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions in both English and Spanish, ensuring adherence to client standards, and upholding exceptional service quality. Ideal candidates will possess at least one year of customer service experience and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Preference will be given to those with experience in the multifamily industry.
