Job Description
W Group Inc. is currently looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in essential HR functions, such as:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assisting with internal communications and policy updates
- Contributing to the preparation of HR reports and analytics
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Available to start immediately and work onsite in Taguig, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
