Job Description
Join our team at Metacom BPO Alabang as a Chat/Email Support Specialist! You will play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring accurate information delivery and efficient resolution of complaints.
No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. We seek friendly, communicative individuals who are ideally fluent in English. Applicants must be Filipino citizens or hold appropriate residency and possess at least a high school diploma.
We offer a competitive salary between Php18,00 and Php25,00 per month, accompanied by benefits such as health insurance and paid leaves.
