Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Accounting Head to join our company. As the Finance and Accounting Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and managing the accounting department.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
- Manage the accounting team, including training, performance evaluation, and workload distribution.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and improve financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in finance and accounting management.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
