Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Collections Associate to enhance our team! In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to both policyholders and internal customers, ensuring that satisfaction and service standards are met. You will manage a high volume of calls, ranging from 75 to 100 daily, and utilize effective communication skills to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in a professional setting and be proficient in computer skills. Attention to detail and strong communication abilities are critical. A high school diploma or GED is required, while prior experience in the insurance industry is a valuable asset.
