Job Description
Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a committed Customer Service Associate who is fluent in Tagalog to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries through live chat and phone calls, providing detailed information about our e-commerce products and services. Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog are essential for success in this position.
Shift: 24/7 rotation, 5 days per week. Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, inclusive of health insurance benefits.
